1. How often will I receive emails?

You’ll receive one monthly email, delivered on the first Monday of each month.

Each offering explores a theme and includes support for your nervous system.


2. What’s included in each letter?

Each monthly letter includes:

  • Simple insights — understand what’s happening in your body (without the jargon)

  • Somatic snacks — short guided micro-practices (usually under 2 minutes)

  • Extras — transcript, audio (MP3), video (MP4), and optional resources


3. Do I need any experience?

No. Everything is beginner-friendly, simple, and designed for real life.

You can step in at your own pace — nothing is required to start.


4. What is the Grounding Guide for?

This space supports you to:

  • build awareness of your body’s signals

  • develop self-regulation skills

  • begin working with stress patterns in everyday life

Over time, this helps build capacity for safety, presence, and awareness in your body.


5. Can I share content?

Yes — you’re welcome to restack.

6. Is there a way to go deeper?

Additional ways to work together (including workshops, group spaces, and 1:1 support) are currently in development.
